- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and managed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet the highest quality standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
As a Shift Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently, and must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Client Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with staff, management, and customers, and to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Oral Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, management, and customers, and to provide regular updates and reports.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
