The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with our Nuclear Management System (NMS) and ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to NMS and QMS policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Monitor and report on QMS activities, processes, and procedures.
  • Internal Audits and Corrective Actions
    • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address nonconformities.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives
    • Lead and manage the QA team to achieve quality objectives.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to QA team members.
    • Communicate quality plans, actions, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 4 years' experience working with quality management systems and Nuclear Quality Assurance Programs.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work in an engineering environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
