Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food and beverages to our high standards, ensuring that all items are visually appealing and meet our quality expectations.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and rotated.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willing to train and learn our systems and processes.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working under pressure. You must be able to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
