Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily cash outs and prepare bank deposits
  • Perform day-to-day transactions, including receiving, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment
  • Assist with accounts receivable duties and other office tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Organization and analytical skills
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Work Environment

Part-time, permanent position with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm
