Position Overview

The Canadian Amateur Diving Association (BC Section) is seeking a dedicated **Athletic Coach** to enhance the skills and performance of our athletes. This role involves a commitment to developing training programs and fostering a competitive spirit among divers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a relevant trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in coaching or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and assess training and practice sessions tailored to the needs of athletes.
  • Inspire and prepare athletes or teams for competitions and events.
  • Conduct performance analysis to evaluate and improve athletes' skills.
  • Scout and assess the abilities of potential athletes.

  • Highly organized and dependable.
