- Student Interaction: Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor with all students.
- Language Engagement: Encourage students to communicate in English and remain actively involved.
- Supervision: Stay at the activity venue for a minimum of one hour (excluding travel time).
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure underage students are accompanied at all times.
- Financial Management: Handle payments and collect necessary documentation (e.g., waivers).
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain documentation for paid tours and activities.
- Financial Oversight: Supervise the collection of funds and maintain accurate expense records.
- Calendar Development: Create a monthly events calendar by the assigned deadline.
- Event Planning: Organize large-scale events for significant holidays or signature occasions, up to once a month.
Student Services Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Management: Oversee and facilitate the complete enrollment process for ESL and vocational programs.
- Student Counseling: Provide guidance and support to students.
- Arrival Assistance: Aid new students with their arrivals and departures on weekends.
- Orientation Facilitation: Conduct orientation sessions for new students on their first day.
- Document Verification: Receive and confirm required documents from partner organizations and international students.
- Enrollment Adjustments: Assist with changes in enrollment, accommodation arrangements, airport services, and health insurance.
- Ongoing Support: Counsel current students to enhance their experience and support their academic journey.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
