Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of illnesses and diseases, including acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct various cardiac diagnostic tests, such as ECGs, stress testing, and Holter monitoring.
- Maintain and advance your clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
