About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Erie Beach Hotel Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Erie Beach Hotel Limited, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. The physical demands of this role require a high level of energy and stamina.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 15 to 30 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
