About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons Port Dover. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks.
  • Other Benefits: Permanent work term, 30-40 hours per week, work language: English.
