Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as quality control standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The role will involve standing for extended periods, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency is required.
