Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Taste of Lahore Restaurant & Sweets Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as quality control standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The role will involve standing for extended periods, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
