Job Title: Assembly Line Welder Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assembly Line Welder Specialist to join our production team at Top Quality Lumber Ltd. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our finished products.


Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year (depending on location and experience)


Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to assemble and fabricate high-quality lumber products.
  • Interpret welding process specifications, blueprints, drawings, and manuals to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet specified standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
