Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance our Portfolio Strategy and Planning initiatives and develop a robust strategic portfolio planning framework. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Portfolio Strategy & Planning Lead in overseeing various initiatives and projects.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement necessary frameworks for portfolio delivery and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to coordinate strategic planning efforts.
  • Develop evaluation criteria for assessing portfolio proposals.
  • Monitor the progress, budgets, and timelines of ongoing initiatives and projects.
  • Support the establishment of guiding principles and procedures for effective portfolio management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a Project Manager role or similar, with a solid understanding of portfolio management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Planview Modules and/or Azure DevOps.
