Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within our establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a dynamic setting, specifically within a hotel, motel, or resort atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
