About the Opportunity

The Personal Lines Broker will oversee and expand a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional customer service by offering insurance products and policies.

Responsibilities include assessing risks, determining coverage levels, and negotiating with brokers to achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Position
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide quotes and bind new insurance policies in Personal Lines.
  • Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients.
  • Complete policy reviews and renewals.
  • Occasionally cover the front desk for motor license.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Proven customer service skills with various situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge in BMS software (EPIC preferred).
Compensation
  • Flexible base salary between $50,000 and $80,000 depending on relevant experience + performance bonus + commission on new business.
