- Organize and coordinate daily operational tasks.
- Establish staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee and mentor team members.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Demonstrates flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
