Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Design, customize, and configure the SAP QM module to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM processes, including debugging and resolving issues.
  • Integration and Workflow Management: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, PP, and PM, as well as third-party LIMS systems via Web Services. Advise on workflows, including job monitoring and regular daily monitoring.
  • Quality Management Processes: Implement and support SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose service improvements and perform root cause analysis for performance enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP QM, with additional experience in SAP MM and SAP PP being advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SAP debugging, workflow creation, and job monitoring. Familiarity with interfaces such as MES, IDOCs, and RFCs.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of S4 Hana are a plus.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
