SAP QM Senior Functional Analyst

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Senior Functional Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be based in Quebec and will involve a hybrid work setting with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Design, customize, and configure the SAP QM module to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM processes, including debugging and resolving issues.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and PM, as well as 3rd party LIMS systems like Star LIMS via Web Services.
  • Workflow Management: Advise on workflows, including job monitoring and regular daily monitoring.
  • Quality Management Processes: Implement and support SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
  • Documentation: Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose service improvements and perform root cause analysis for performance enhancement.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP QM, and additional experience in SAP MM and SAP PP being advantageous.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP debugging, workflow creation, and job monitoring, familiarity with interfaces such as MES, IDOCs, and RFCs, and a strong understanding of SAP QM standard processes and configurations.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers in Canada and the U.S. in English and French.
  • Certifications and Knowledge: Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of S4 Hana are a plus.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
