As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global contracts and documentation, working closely with our legal knowledge management team to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Support the legal operations team with content updates, version control logging, and uploading to appropriate locations.
- Manage global contracts and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the legal knowledge management team to develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies.
- Perform complex knowledge administrative activities, including managing knowledge projects, composing reports, and preparing presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive contacts.
