Job Title: CAD & Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced CAD & Design Manager to join our team at 2K Games. As a CAD & Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our sports games, including the creation of game assets, levels, and user interfaces.

About the Role

The CAD & Design Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and development of our sports games, including the creation of game assets, levels, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, art, and design, to ensure that game assets and levels meet the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining game design documentation, including design specifications, art style guides, and technical requirements.
  • Working closely with the game development team to ensure that game assets and levels are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Providing design direction and guidance to junior designers and artists to ensure that game assets and levels meet the required quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in game design and development, with a focus on sports games.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality game assets and levels.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, including game mechanics, level design, and user interface design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop effective solutions.
