Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at L &L Mechanical Ltd. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, diagnosing faults and malfunctions, and performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service and road test motor vehicles
  • Test and adjust units to specifications and advise customers on work performed
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
