Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team at Esdale Printing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various specialized binding equipment and machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate collators, gatherers, and inserters to prepare documents for binding.
  • Operate cutting machines to trim and cut paper to the required size.
  • Use folders to assemble and bind documents.
  • Operate laminating machines to protect documents with a laminate finish.
  • Set up and operate stitchers to bind documents with a stitch finish.
  • Use trimmers to trim and cut paper to the required size.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bindery or print finishing environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • On-site work only, with no option for remote work.
