Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at The Taunton Apartments. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our common areas and amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Thoroughly clean vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, and washrooms
  • Exterior cleaning duties, including maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops
  • Report any serious deficiencies or hazards to the Resident Manager
  • Work flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Work as part of a team and take direction
