We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rentals Consultant to join our team at Vistek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when renting equipment from us.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with their rental experience.
- Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment orders quickly and efficiently, conducting thorough checks to ensure that the equipment is in good working order.
- Front Counter Service: Create optimal rental opportunities by offering attachments and other value-added services, following up on quotes and making follow-up calls to previous customers.
- Client Communications: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Graduate of a recognized college or university photographic or video program.
- Experience: Minimum of one year working in an industry environment, with experience in retail and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 40 lbs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to deal with all types of people in a positive and professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
