Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Imperial Liquor. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
