Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are the largest independent manufacturer and installer of sunrooms, windows, and doors. As a key leadership role, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of not only managing the company's finances but also contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting; develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
  • Work with department heads to monitor performance and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Oversee and responsible for Finance and IT.
  • Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • VP of Finance, Director, CFO or an equivalent senior financial role.
  • Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Knowledge with technology integration, leveraging financial technologies to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities through ERP or AI.
  • Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
