About the Role
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our warehousing and inventory optimization efforts in Canada. As a key member of our Operational Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our warehousing operations, improve inventory management, and drive cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive warehousing strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of 40 employees and 40 contractors in warehousing operations, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes, implement new technologies, and develop digital solutions to improve warehousing and logistics operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of warehousing and logistics operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and other logistics technologies.

The Estée Lauder Companies offers a competitive salary range of $124,600 to $186,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement savings plans.
