About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Titon PG Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced food service environment, and requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, and may involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
