Job Title: General Manager of Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Fredericton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies to attract guests
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and training
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the casual dining industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
