Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Yard Crew team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of packages and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stack skids and maintain the cleanliness of the inside of our trailers and surrounding work areas.
  • Adhere to and follow company-established safety rules and procedures.
  • Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods.
  • Check equipment in the yard to verify its content, including 5-tonne vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg) without assistance
  • Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles and staying longer than the usual shift hours depending on operational needs and shipment volume
  • Capability to operate machinery related to the position
  • No warehouse experience required
