Laboratory Analyst Ecotoxicology

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Analyst Ecotoxicology to join our team at Bureau Veritas Laboratories in Saint-Laurent, QC.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex sample preparation and analyses to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Monitor breeding programs, including algae, daphnia, ceriodaphnia, fathead, and trout.
- Maintain equipment related to breeding and analyses, ensuring optimal performance.
- Operate and maintain aquariums or pools in open systems.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with quality control criteria.
- Provide input to corrective action procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
- Contribute to daily and weekly planning, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Diploma in bioecology, biology, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, and positive attitude.
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
- Day/evening/weekend shifts, with overtime as required.
