The Coulson Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gaming Worker. As a frontline customer service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience while visiting our casino.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Casino Floor Operations: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the casino floor, ensuring that it is a pleasant and welcoming environment for our customers.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a fair and efficient manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Health and Safety: Follow safe work procedures and report any health and safety hazards to a supervisor or health and safety representative.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and stand and walk for long periods.
- Good Judgment: Possess good judgment and decision-making skills.
Compensation: The Gaming Worker position pays $17.40/hour plus gratuities.
