About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at GSB Freight Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work assignments.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including planning, coordinating, and executing transportation activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on transportation performance and other key metrics.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work on computer equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operation.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
Supervision
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
