Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Hamilton, ON. As a Retail Associate , you will be integral to our daily operations, contributing to retail sales and overall business functions. This role is ideal for those who thrive in hands-on environments and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and offering guidance on products and services
  • Managing the cash register and executing daily transactions
  • Organizing and replenishing inventory on store shelves
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, parking area, and occasionally the yard
  • Facilitating transactions related to vehicle purchases
  • Supporting administrative or production-related tasks

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
