Compensation and Benefits

Watson Clinic offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Satisfactory completion of an AMA-accredited program in computed tomography (CT)
  • At least one year of experience in CT and 3D workstation operation
  • Active certification in CT and radiologic technology (RT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current certification with the State of Florida Radiation Control (HRS)
  • CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist at Watson Clinic, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of CT equipment operation to achieve high-quality diagnostic exams
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in CT technology
  • Ensuring the proper use of emergency equipment and ancillary equipment
  • Acting as an agent to obtain pertinent information for physicians to aid in diagnosis and treatment
  • Minimizing radiation exposure to patients, self, and other healthcare team members

Professional Expectations

We expect our CT Technologists to:

  • Deliver patient care and service without discrimination
  • Practice technology founded on theoretical knowledge and concepts
  • Employ procedures and techniques appropriately

Additional Information

The sign-on bonus will be paid in full after passing the probationary period. A two-year commitment is required for new employees only.
