Required Qualifications and Experience:

At Watson Clinic, we seek a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Echocardiography and relevant experience in basic and cardiac ultrasound. A minimum of two years of experience in a medically related field is preferred, with credentials as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS). Additionally, the candidate should possess current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience with vascular ultrasound is a plus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiographic examinations, obtaining all necessary data for diagnosis, and correlating findings with diagnoses. They will also input study information and technical findings into ProSolv accurately, maintain equipment and work areas, stock supplies, and compile data and statistics. Furthermore, the candidate will participate in weekly Echo Conferences, make copies of studies for conference and records release, and stay current on trends and changes in the echo field.

Additional Responsibilities:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will also be responsible for making appointments in the absence of the Echo Secretary.
