My Milestones Speech Language Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to pediatric clients with various communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
- Provide therapy services to patients with various speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication skills.
- Stay up to date with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Complete administrative tasks, including booking follow-up appointments and rescheduling bookings as needed.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensed with College of Speech and Hearing BC (CSHBC) and in good standing.
- RASP Qualified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will be paid by the hour, with a rate of $82.50-$121.00 per hour. The expected hours of work are 20-30 per week.
