- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, ideally within the semiconductor or technology sectors. Alternatively, experience in investment banking (M&A, ECM), equity sales, equity research, or other equity market roles at a brokerage firm.
- Thorough understanding of financial statements, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
This role is essential for driving the company's investor relations strategy and requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the semiconductor landscape, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing investor relations for publicly traded entities and will excel in building and nurturing relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
