Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
