Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at F & F CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and equipment operators.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools, including cranes, forklifts, and hand tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and lubricating cranes and other equipment.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, including concrete and asphalt.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Reliability, team player, flexibility, accuracy, and dependability.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors, in a noisy and dusty environment, and at heights. They will also be required to work in a variety of locations, including rural areas and high-rise building construction sites.
