In alignment with the organization's mission and values, and under the guidance of senior professionals such as a Recreation Therapist, Program Coordinator, Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist, the Care Aide is an integral member of a multidisciplinary team. This role involves implementing a structured activity and recreation program as directed, centered around the needs of clients and their families.
New Compensation Rate: The updated wage is $29.83/hour.
Work Schedule: Shifts include Days, Evenings, and Nights - 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, 23:00 to 07:00, on a rotating basis.
Facility Overview: The care facility consists of three units, accommodating a total of 56 beds, including respite and short-stay options. It is conveniently located near transportation services for residents.

Qualifications Required
