Carmel Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and ensure that staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

40 hours per week, permanent position.
