Job Information

The Senior Information Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data across the Health and Social Services (HSS) organization. This includes collaborating with informatics professionals, care delivery professionals, and management and staff at all levels to ensure that required data is collected and reported accurately.

As a key member of the team, the Senior Information Management Analyst will work independently to achieve results within established timelines. This includes representing the interests of HSS during Federal/Provincial/Territorial (FPT) meetings to establish National data collection and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data is collected and reported accurately
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure compliance with federal data capturing and reporting requirements
  • Represent HSS during FPT meetings to establish National data collection and reporting standards
  • Work with the team to ensure data is collected and reported accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary degree in Information Management, Health Informatics, or Health Information Science
  • Three (3) years of experience in the information management field
