We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Mental Health & Addiction Services team at CB Canada. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate and expert care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to patients in emergency situations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities and direct the work of others as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- 2+ years of experience working in emergency mental health or acute assessment settings
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
