About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring optimal management of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Commercial Strategies: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential customers to ensure optimal management of our customer base.
  • Monitor and Analyze Business Performance: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our commercial operations remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
