Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital, providing exceptional client service, and promoting the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and veterinary practice management systems.
