About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our team at Neo Financial. As a Content Designer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and impactful content that drives user understanding and action within our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and UX Research, to implement and evolve our content strategy.
  • Develop and write high-quality content, including interface text, microcopy, emails, push notifications, and other digital content, to drive user engagement and understanding.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our content guide and strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a UX Writing practice at Neo, creating innovative and effective guidelines, best practices, and tools.
  • Implement long-term strategies that enable content to scale and adapt to changing user needs.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics and UX Research teams to shape and validate content decisions.
  • Advocate for inclusivity and accessibility, crafting content and experiences that cater to diverse user demographics and needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Creative Design & Content, and other stakeholders to bring a sense of delight and purpose to our in-product content.
  • Ensure that our products are launched responsibly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or a related field, with a portfolio of samples demonstrating writing skills and efficacy.
  • An appetite for problem-solving and prioritization in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience partnering with UX Research and Data & Analytics, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform content decisions.
  • Fluency in user experience principles, heuristics, information architecture, information design, and writing principles.
  • Background in user experience, product design, copywriting, or content strategy experience in software development or other environments.
