About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Genpact. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fraud Analysis and Prevention: Maintain fraud analysis models to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
  • Process Documentation: Document As-Is vs To-Be process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, and collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
