ROLE OVERVIEW
As a proficient developer, you will play a pivotal role in the exploration and creation of AI-integrated solutions. Your skills will be vital in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications that leverage data and AI to deliver value in the legal sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies to architect, develop, and optimize AI-driven applications and data workflows.
- Construct and sustain robust, high-performance data and AI infrastructures within Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to gather requirements and devise effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Document and communicate technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in AI and data engineering, proposing enhancements to operational processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and relational databases.
- Experience with Azure App Services and REST APIs using Microsoft .NET, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI for data visualization purposes.
- Strong programming skills in Python for AI and data analysis, with experience in frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Pandas, and PySpark.
- Solid understanding of SQL.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Developer Associate are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity for analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile development settings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated proficiency in required skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
