AI Software Developer

Promising a future of sustainable and affordable buildings, Promise Robotics is a pioneering technology startup that combines AI, Industrialized Robotics, and construction to revolutionize the building industry.

We're seeking an exceptional AI Software Developer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for our core robotic manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced algorithms and machine learning, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI algorithms and systems that address real-world challenges in the construction industry
  • Work alongside other Software Developers to develop full-stack software solutions built for robustness, scalability, and performance using state-of-the-art software development practices
  • Design and develop AI algorithms, conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance of AI systems, and perform detailed analysis, design, code development, software integration, and testing
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI techniques and advanced algorithms, and participate in design and code reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Graduate degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering or related technical fields
  • Extensive experience in Python programming, proficiency in machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., RL, CNNs, RNNs, Keras)
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment, being a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, focused, and persistent with the ability to work to the plan and meet delivery dates, and being an excellent problem solver and quick learner
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of robotics solutions and robotic manipulators
