Job Title: VP of Public Relations and Community Engagement

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Public Relations and Community Engagement to join our team in Regina, SK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public relations and community engagement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets
  • Developing and executing a media relations strategy to maximize brand visibility and reputation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create and distribute engaging content across various channels
  • Managing digital engagement tools to enhance the organization's online presence and sentiment
  • Staying informed of current and future government policy that may impact the organization and its customers
  • Developing and managing an organizational strategy to strengthen relationships with government officials
  • Crafting and managing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to maximize the organization's impact in the communities it serves
  • Playing a lead role in high-impact sponsorships to ensure maximum activation
  • Quantifying the value of community opportunities to optimize investment and impact
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a PR, Communications, or Media role
  • University degree in an applicable field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
